A national-level design entry test is called CEED. The CEED Colleges exam lasts for three hours and is computer-based. The test paper is divided into two parts, Part A and Part B, according to the CEED exam pattern for 2021. Questions in Part A of the CEED Colleges test are multiple-choice (MCQs) and questions with numerical answers (NATs). Finalised aspirants based on their performance in Part A of the CEED exam will only be reviewed for Part B of the examination. The CEED 2021 Part A exam is a computer-based screening test.
Questions about subjective design and sketching are included in CEED 2021 Part B. The exam’s Part B result is only used to compile the CEED merit list for applicants. The results of the CEED 2021 will be valid for admission for a year starting on the day they are announced.

Students should be aware that passing the CEED does not guarantee enrollment in any programme at any top universities that will accept CEED scores in 2023. Candidates must meet the eligibility requirements and pass the tests and/or interviews of the participating institutes in order to be admitted. Any aspirant who wishes to apply for the course must complete the CEED Colleges application form online, as well as all registration requirements. The candidates can only apply to the aforementioned CEED colleges after passing the exam.
According to the candidates’ scores in the Part B exam, a merit list will be created. The merit list will thereafter be made public on the official website. Candidates must pass the exam in order for their names to appear on the merit list, which will determine how many seats will be available for the CEED Colleges entrance exam.
The final drawing list plus the waiting list will make up the merit list. First-come, first-served seating will be given to candidates who appear on the final drawing list, and the waitlist candidates will fill the open seats.
