Manufacturing process

Core paper, jumbo rolls, wrapping paper and cello paper are some of the raw materials used in the production of sanitary napkins. The production process consists of four basic steps: pulping and dyeing, pressing, crawling and cutting.

Pulp is prepared by mixing fibers with wood pulp and washing the mixture with bleach. After adding bleach dye to the mixture. If you want to produce colored dinner paper napkins, you can also add dye colors. Pressing the mixture will help absorb the moisture and allow it to dry completely.

The pulp is dried at a high temperature, and then the napkin gets a dry thickness when cut with a fine blade. Long sheets or tissue napkins are cut to the desired shape and size. After the manufacturing process, the product is packaged with high-quality materials so that it will not suffer any damage when it is distributed.
